We at MergerWare want to be transparent with our team members, customers, investors and the community regarding our plans to operate safely and effectively. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the coronavirus. We wish them a speedy recovery and good health.
The good part of our business is that it is cloud-based and we operate remotely. Our business continuity plan (BCP) is well in place and fully functional. We are extending full support to all our customers round the clock.
We are actively following the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for updates and directives, regarding this crisis. We appreciate the trust you place in us, as your Digital M&A partner.
We are taking proactive steps to ensure that, we have a fully supported infrastructure and plans in place to maintain the functionality of our platform & business while prioritizing the health of our employees.
At MergerWare, we are running all aspects of our business on a remote basis, as our employees’ health and wellness are of top priority. We are continuously performing tests of our remote operations capabilities to ensure our readiness.
We have also put in travel and visitor’s restriction and mandated that face to face meetings be restricted to a business criticality meeting level only. We have however minimized meetings in person, and we have latched more upon virtual meetings.
Additionally, a self-quarantine policy is implemented for MergerWare team members who have traveled internationally, as a precautionary measure.
While we do not expect any disruptions to our system operations, we have put contingencies into place and our support team is all strapped up to assist you. We want to assure you that we continue to guarantee the same level and quality of service you are used to, from MergerWare.
