MergerWare Announces New Advisory Board Member

Today MergerWare appointed Christopher Crowe as the first member of its newly formed advisory board.

Christopher is a professional executive and has 30+ years of experience in senior Management roles globally.

Christopher’s addition as an advisor to MergerWare’s board brings great value to its business. His wide experience in pre and post-acquisition phases combining with commercial and financial balance will accentuate the merit of the cloud based M&A platform.

Before stepping into the advisory world, Christopher held corporate roles with leading Global MNCs. The most recent one being Senior Vice President (Industry) for Schneider Electric (SE) and Chief Marketing Officer/Vice President, Sales for Thales Australia.

Currently Christopher holds numerous board positions including Chair, Non-Executive and Company Director in leading organisations. Additionally he founded Eximius, an Australian advisory firm where he is the Managing Director and co-founded Start-Ups, Startware Global and Corethix. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and he has also successfully completed the “Transforming a Global Company Program” at the prestigious Harvard Business School as a part of Schneider Electric’s Executive Management Program.
